We begin with a complimentary, obligation-free consultation to understand your vision, requirements and priorities.

Design & Budget Planning
If you don’t yet have a completed design, we can assist you through the design and construction process.
We can work with you to develop an initial design concept and preliminary scope of works, together with an indicative construction cost.
By considering design and construction costs together from the beginning, we can help ensure that the design aligns with your budget and reduce the risk of costly redesigns later in the process.
This approach can save you significant time compared with engaging a designer independently and only discovering the construction cost at a later stage.

Bring Your Own Design
Already have your own plans?
That’s absolutely fine.
You are welcome to bring your own architectural or building design, whether or not you have already completed the associated engineering, energy assessment, soil report or other documentation.
Where required, our team can also assist in coordinating the relevant consultants and documentation throughout the process.
Once the required design and documentation are available, we can prepare an accurate and detailed construction quotation based on the project requirements.

Fixed Price Contract
Once you are happy with the proposed price, design and specifications, we will prepare your Fixed Price Building Contract together with a comprehensive specification for your project.
These documents clearly outline the agreed scope of works, specifications, contract price and anticipated completion timeframe, together with applicable warranties, insurance and permit requirements.
Our goal is to ensure you understand exactly what is included in your project before construction begins — giving you greater confidence and peace of mind.

Construction & Project Management
Once construction begins, your project is managed by our experienced construction team.
Our Construction Manager oversees the overall construction process, ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
Your Project Manager coordinates the day-to-day activities on site, including trades, materials, scheduling and communication, helping keep your project organised and progressing efficiently.
Throughout construction, we maintain clear communication with you so you can stay informed about the progress of your home without having to manage the day-to-day details yourself.

Final Handover
As your project approaches completion, our team works through the final stages, inspections and outstanding items to ensure your new home, renovation or extension is ready for handover.
